Returns

Please choose carefully — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Our products are perishable, sealed goods that aren’t suitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.

Refunds are only available if items you have received are damaged or not as ordered. If this is the case, please email info@vitaminmaxx.com for assistance. Any photo or video evidence of the fault will help us speed up your enquiry.

If you are returning an item, it must be returned still sealed and in its original condition.

Pre-orders

Occasionally a product may be offered as a pre-order while it is restocking. You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.
